Pressure Jet

The pressure jet is a very simple and very loud engine with no moving parts.  It operates from the energy in supersonic flowing propane.  This propane is accelerated through a very small nozzle which creates supersonic flow.  This high speed flow draws air in through three venturies and the high speed/low pressure flow is converted into low speed/high pressure in a cone shaped diffuser welded onto the combustion tube.  The pressure jet creates a small amount of thrust compared to other types of jet engines and is thus merely a very loud propane heater.

Here is a sound file of the pressure jet operating
